Dr. Soyna Gulhati provides independent forensic medical evaluations of adults for attorneys, courts, and agencies across Colorado. The practice offers impartial medical opinions, records review, and expert witness testimony in matters where a medical question is at issue in a legal proceeding.
Engagements are accepted from both plaintiff and defense counsel, and from courts and agencies directly. Each is treated with the diligence and confidentiality that forensic work requires, and referrals are considered case by case following an initial consultation.
Referring attorneys, courts, and agencies are welcome to contact the practice directly to discuss whether a matter is a good fit. Initial consultations are used to confirm scope, timing, and fee structure before formal engagement.
